These shots are from the wedding of Melvin and Baretta. Baretta is one of the most beautiful people, both inside and out, and I was honored that she asked me to photograph her special day. Both Baretta and Melvin are widowed, and their wedding theme was “God is a God of Second Chances.” Goosebumps, right?

Here are some shots that I took on a recent trip to Ireland. I love how the color changes from grey to blue from one hour to the next. The country is stunningly beautiful, the people are warm and the landscapes picture perfect.

Christmas 2010

It’s that dreaded time of the year for my kids, Christmas pictures! (Of course, it’s what mom lives for…) Here are a few of my favorites. We took them by the lake in our neighborhood at sunset, thus the spectacular colors. What you can’t see in the background, is daddy jumping up and down making a fool of himself to try and get the kids to smile.

This is a wedding that I shot with my friend and fellow photographer Erin Jaffe (http://www.erintracy.com.) The wedding is of our friend, Alissa, and her new husband Jim – runners extraordinaire. Alissa was the most beautiful bride, and you can see her love for Jim coming through each of these photos. The wedding took place in beautiful Lichterman Nature Center in Memphis, TN.

You would never have believed the day started off rainy. But once the ceremony started, the sun came out from behind the clouds and we captured these beautiful photos!

This is a wedding that I shot for Lori and David. The setting was beautiful – Bartlett Japanese Gardens in Bartlett, TN. Lori and her husband Jim were so sweet and relaxed, the wedding was an absolute dream to shoot.

This is my favorite photo. You can see their daughter Lourdes peeking through them while they kiss. Look at her precious smile!Lourdes and her daddy.
